JCI Bandora Marcaim hosted a self defense class for their student girls. Advocate Ms Alfiya, who is a Taekwondo instructor and a contributing member of Mission Nirbhaya, was invited to the event. They were thrilled with the idea, and wanted to learn how to defend their self in a hostile environment. But how could they defend themselves?
